Your mission

• Define and execute the product strategy for our B2C suite around “Heartbeat AI”: HEMS, energy tariffs & flexibility services.
• Optimise the portfolio together with energy-market stakeholders.
• Analyse international markets, regulatory changes and tech trends.
• Act as the internal expert on energy markets and compliance.
• Own KPIs, monitor performance and identify growth levers.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to launch and position products.
• Build strategic partnerships with regulators, partners and customers.

Your profile

• 3+ years product management in energy, ideally HEMS, dynamic tariffs, VPPs or flexibility.
• Deep market insight: regulation, flexibility trends, customer needs.
• Familiar with IoT-EMS, energy APIs, smart-grid tech – a plus.
• Excellent communicator able to align diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical, KPI-driven, growth-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.
