Product Manager (f/m/d) – Automation & Customer Service

As Product Manager for Automation & Tooling you will own this mission end-to-end—from discovery to rollout.

Your mission

• Own internal products and customer-service automation initiatives across the full product life-cycle.
• Identify and prioritise automation potential, turning ideas into clear product concepts.
• Build and manage a roadmap that balances impact, feasibility and strategic relevance.
• Define requirements and coordinate delivery with operations, tech and data-management teams.
• Ensure new solutions integrate seamlessly into existing processes and create lasting value.

Your profile

• 2+ years in product/project management, business development or customer operations.
• Degree in business, engineering or IT is a plus, not a must.
• Hands-on experience with Make.com, Airtable, Salesforce or eagerness to learn fast.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communicator and team player.
• Fluent German and very good English.
