Project Manager (Gas/Steam Turbine Services)

A Snapshot of Your Day

As Project Manager you will lead Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) for Siemens Energy gas turbines, steam turbines or compressors. You will deliver projects on time, within budget and required quality while meeting world-class EH&S, quality, economic targets and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Full project ownership of LTSA projects including on-site service and repair works
• Primary customer contact for assigned projects
• Drive high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
• Ensure all outages are delivered with zero harm in line with Siemens Energy EHS standards
• Full technical and commercial P&L responsibility for the project
• Close collaboration with global factories and international counterparts
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and uphold quality-management standards
• Entrepreneurial decision-making across all project phases

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering, project management or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering or project-management roles, preferably with rotating equipment
• Proven ability to work in success-oriented teams, with assertiveness, motivation and customer focus plus sound decision-making skills
• Proven experience leading project teams
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
• PM certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) is advantageous
