Your mission

As Key Account Manager Out of Home (f/m/d) you will establish Oatly with major customers in the foodservice sector and drive nationwide distribution of our products across the DACH region.

Your responsibilities
  • Execute the OOH strategy with existing and new key accounts
  • Identify and acquire strategic large-scale customers based on market potential
  • Provide strategic and operational account management, negotiate contracts and expand product listings
  • Analyse market and sales data and derive concrete actions
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management and Supply Chain to increase sell-through
  • Participate in team-based projects for continuous brand and category growth
Your profile
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, gastronomy or foodservice
  • In-depth knowledge of the German OOH market and relevant decision makers
  • Proven track record in opening new channels and customers
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with consistent implementation
  • High affinity for plant-based nutrition and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and team spirit
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Business-fluent German and good English

Flexible working options (remote, hybrid, Berlin office) with regular team meetings and events.
