Job Description

• Monitor and analyse sales funnels across all locations
• Identify bottlenecks and derive concrete action recommendations
• Daily KPI tracking (show rate, conversion, capacity, utilisation)
• Support forecasting & performance optimisation
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for transparent sales insights
• Work closely with team leads, sales VPs and CSO to continuously improve processes
• Implement sales-automation projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Operations in fast-growing companies)
• Degree in Business Administration, Data Science or comparable qualification
• High learning agility and intrinsic motivation
• Hands-on mentality and passion for actively shaping processes
• Proficient with analytics tools; ideally experience pulling and analysing data from Snowflake
• Willingness to travel (≈ 1 site visit per month)
• Strong interest in B2C sales mechanics (operational focus)
• Fluency in German and English
