As a one-stop shop we provide households and businesses with consulting, planning, installation and digital control – for carbon-neutral living, heating and charging.

Join the energy transition!

• Sell our complete portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, energy manager „Heartbeat“) to single-family homeowners and small businesses in the Freiberg region.
• Independently schedule customer appointments, consultations and proposals.
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the 1KOMMA5° group.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and liaise with project coordination and site management for a smooth handover.
• Contribute your ideas to continuously improve our sales processes.

What you bring:

• Strong motivation to start or continue a sales career, ideally with experience selling technical products to private customers (PV/heat pumps).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for direct customer contact.
• Good technical understanding and ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written).
• Desire to develop personally and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic industry.
