1KOMMA5° develops Heartbeat – Europe’s leading energy-software platform. It connects PV systems, batteries, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling customers to maximise self-consumption and system returns. As a one-stop shop we deliver everything from a single source: consultation, planning, installation and digital control – for homes that are carbon-neutral to live, heat and charge in.

Your responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end advice and sell our complete portfolio – PV arrays, battery storage, heat pumps, wallboxes and the energy-management system „Heartbeat“ – to owners of single-family homes and small commercial enterprises in and around Hildesheim.
• Manage your own calendar, customer visits and quotations – efficiently and customer-focused.
• Work high-quality leads from the 1KOMMA5° network; focus on what you do best: consult and close.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract signing and hand projects over to our project-coordination and site-management teams for smooth execution and top satisfaction.
• Continuously improve local sales processes and share your ideas.

What you bring

• High sales motivation; experience selling investment goods to private customers is a plus – ideally in PV and/or heat pumps.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness; you consult individually and transparently.
• Basic technical understanding to explain complex energy systems in simple terms.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic, innovative market.
• Fluent German, spoken and written.
