Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Intelligent Energy Systems – 1KOMMA5° Holzminden

At 1KOMMA5° we develop Heartbeat – Europe's leading energy software platform. It connects PV systems, battery storage, heat pumps and wallboxes into a virtual power plant, enabling households and commercial clients to use their energy efficiently and profitably.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end consulting and sales of our product portfolio (PV, storage, heat pumps, wallboxes, energy management system “Heartbeat”) to single-family homeowners and small businesses
• Independent scheduling and execution of customer appointments, consultations and proposals
• Processing pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° group – focus on advising and closing
• Guidance from first contact to contract signature as well as close collaboration with project coordination and site management for seamless project handover
• Active contribution to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Your profile

• First sales experience or high motivation to start selling complex products; experience with PV and/or heat pumps is a plus
• Strong communication skills, empathy and persuasiveness in direct customer contact
• Basic technical understanding with the ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic industry
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken
