Your responsibilities

• Advise and sell our complete portfolio (PV, battery, heat pump, wallbox, Heartbeat EMS) to residential and small commercial customers
• Plan and carry out qualified customer meetings; prepare offers independently
• Work with pre-qualified leads provided by 1KOMMA5° – focus on consulting and sales
• Guide customers from initial contact to contract signature and hand over to project coordination/site management
• Proactively shape and improve regional sales processes

What you bring

• First sales experience or strong motivation to start in direct sales – ideally with complex consumer products
• Confident, empathic communication style; excellent German (spoken and written)
• Basic technical understanding; ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; open to continuous learning
