Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) – Greven

You already have first leadership experience and keep the overview even in hectic moments? Then take responsibility for smooth shift operations in our recycling plant.

Your tasks

• Ensure trouble-free plant operation in a two-shift system
• Operate and monitor the plant according to control concepts
• Allocate staff and lead shift employees
• Control and continuously optimize production plants
• Participate in fault cause analysis and rectification

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist in recycling and waste management or comparable technical education
• Professional experience in operating recycling plants advantageous
• MS Office skills; SAP knowledge desirable
• Strong technical understanding, reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early/late)
