Job Description

• Independently manage and grow our trade-business customer base — from quotation to contract closure
• Analyse installer-partner needs across Germany and match them with tailor-made service and product solutions
• Use modern CRM/shop tools for proactive account handling and close collaboration with operations
• Shape the leading energy company of the 21st century together with a highly motivated sales team
• Based in Berlin; approx. 50% new-customer acquisition

Qualifications

• Open, likeable personality with strong communication skills and genuine team spirit
• First experience in B2B sales is a plus; structured, self-driven working style
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset and passion for sustainable energy
