(Senior) Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) Marketplace Manager you will lead the strategic and operational growth of our several Amazon accounts (among the largest seller accounts worldwide) and other key marketplaces such as eBay, Rakuten and FNAC. You will drive the performance of these channels across multiple countries, safeguard account health, operational stability and compliance. Using your Seller Central expertise and data-driven tools you will scale processes, manage risks and develop smart solutions such as fraud-detection workflows or risk calculators.

You combine analytical strength with a hands-on mindset, align interfaces such as Finance, Legal and Logistics and communicate at eye level with your marketplace partners.

• Performance optimization of major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, FNAC)
• Pro-active risk management to protect account health and seller metrics
• Expansion of marketplace presence across Europe and support of market launches
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations (EPR, GPSR, VTR) in several countries
• Leverage AI-based tools for automation and scaling together with our tech teams
• Development of internal tools such as fraud-detection workflows and risk calculators

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Economics or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience with deep Amazon Seller Central knowledge and hands-on marketplace operations
• Successful projects protecting and improving account performance across multiple countries and platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, FNAC, BOL)
• Demonstrable expertise in compliance and confident handling of regulations such as EPR, GPSR, VTR
• Strong KPI focus on delivery times, defect rates and seller ratings
• Ability to develop operational tools to increase efficiency and resilience
• Certifications in Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce compliance or digital marketing are a plus
• Fluent English; German and/or French are an advantage
