Senior People Business Partner DACH

Fastned is at the forefront of Europe’s transition to electric mobility. Join our purpose-driven, fun workplace in Cologne as Senior People Business Partner for the DACH region and help us combat climate change.

Your role

• Advise leadership teams in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (currently ~70 employees, growing fast) on all people matters, acting as a trusted partner for organisational design, labour law and change.
• Co-create people strategies that future-proof our scaling organisation.
• Own complex employee relations cases independently and manage performance, succession and talent processes.
• Serve as the in-house expert on German employment law while building knowledge for Switzerland and Austria.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the international People team (Amsterdam, London, Brussels) to drive cross-border projects on compensation, HR tech and learning.

What we look for

• 6+ years’ experience as (senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast-growing, matrix organisation.
• University degree in HR, business, psychology or equivalent; solid knowledge of German labour law; Swiss/Austrian law a plus.
• Fluent German and English.
• Availability for 36–40 h/week, willingness to work mainly from our Cologne office and to travel regularly to Zurich, Vienna and Amsterdam HQ.
