Senior Product Manager – Energy Retail & Services (f/m/d)

We offer homeowners a one-stop shop for PV, battery storage, heat pumps and EV chargers – all optimised by AI to maximise system profitability and accelerate the decarbonisation of homes and mobility on the path towards free wind & sunlight forever.

For our Product Team in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Energy Retail & Services (f/m/d).

Your mission

• Product Strategy: Own the global product vision for our energy-retail business – from dynamic tariffs and billing to scalable market-communication processes.
• Market Intelligence: Analyse European regulatory frameworks, trading mechanisms and pricing innovations to identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Standardisation & Scaling: Define uniform standards for tariff logic, settlement, metering and market communication to enter new markets quickly and compliantly.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Drive technical and commercial requirements together with Engineering, Trading and Energy Operations.
• KPI Steering: Set metrics for product performance, operational efficiency and profitability and push continuous process optimisation.

What you bring

• 4+ years of product management in energy retail, trading or metering, preferably across several European markets.
• Proven track record of building or scaling tariff products, dynamic pricing, billing systems or market-communication processes.
• Deep expertise in energy-market regulation and communication standards (Edifact, GoBD, GPKE/GeLi, etc.).
• Sound understanding of smart-meter, metering and trading systems and their interfaces.
• Fluent German and English and strong stakeholder-management skills.
