(Senior) Release Manager – System-of-Systems

Join MOIA as (Senior) Release Manager – System-of-Systems and shape the future of autonomous mobility.

Our new “System-of-Systems” unit integrates the full robot-taxi service from multiple sub-systems. You will own release management and coordinate all software & hardware component releases into one integrated robot-taxi service release.

Responsibilities

Release:

• Design and optimise end-to-end release management for autonomous ride-pooling and scalable deployment pipelines for multiple variants.
• Analyse current release workflows, remove bottlenecks and implement automated solutions for artefact creation, deployment and test enablement.
• Define long-term roadmap to standardise and scale release processes across projects.
• Act as the key connector between development, testing and stakeholders, ensuring transparent cross-functional coordination.

Testing:

• Deploy software updates to our test fleet and support system-level verification and validation of new functionality in real-world scenarios.

Requirements

• Several years of release management / engineering in an agile environment, preferably automotive or ASPICE context.
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and hands-on experience with ALM tools (Polarion, Codebeamer, Jama, etc.).
• Automation mindset combined with excellent communication skills in English and ideally German.
• Nice-to-have: practical system-testing experience (HiL, ViL).
