Senior Specialist Switching Processes (WiM) – Smart Meter (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Process and monitor all market-communication procedures under WiM and GPKED
• Handle electronic data exchange with market partners
• Clarify rejected processes with market partners
• Act as contact person via e-mail and phone
• Optimise system and process errors and develop solutions

Your profile

• Certified energy-business specialist, degree in a relevant field or comparable qualification
• Experience in the energy sector, ideally with supplier switching (GPKE) or metering (WiM)
• Tech-savvy and eager to solve complex cases
• Process-oriented mindset with drive for continuous improvement
• Excellent German; good English advantageous
• Solution-focused, independent decision-maker
• Customer-service experience welcome
