Your Role
As a Service Engineer you will lead the technical response to grounded aircraft, droids and docks, coordinating resources to restore service at maximum speed and quality. Working in 24/7 shift operations under FAA Part 135 regulations, you will troubleshoot complex systems, analyze flight logs, create work orders and drive continuous improvement of procedures and tools.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Software or Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems under pressure, preferably in aviation or another highly regulated industry. Strong analytical, documentation and cross-functional communication skills. Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of an on-call rotation. Up to 10 % travel for training and site support.
