As a Senior Professional in Siemens Energy IT you architect, design and deliver the ServiceNow platform—from strategic blueprint to hands-on implementation. Operating across Solution Architecture & Design, Platform Development & Operations and Technical Governance & Mentorship you ensure scalable, standardized, secure and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Leverage deep ServiceNow expertise to translate stakeholder requirements into technical and architectural designs
• Minimize customization and maximize out-of-the-box capabilities
• Guide development teams (internal/external) to meet time and quality targets
• Continuously evaluate new release features and drive platform improvements
• Coordinate resolution of complex incidents and technical issues
• Design integration patterns emphasizing performance, security and standards
• Define enterprise architecture standards and enforce technical governance
• Perform health checks (performance, scalability, security) and derive improvement actions
• Develop sustainable strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
• Mentor junior staff and champion best practices

What You Bring

• 10–12 years of ServiceNow experience with focus on architecture, solution design and scripting
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
• In-depth knowledge of key ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, IRM, ITAM, OT
• Proven experience with CSDM, GenAI/Agentic AI, IntegrationHub, SSO, SAML, REST, LDAP, JDBC
• Track record in platform upgrades, performance tuning and security assessments
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (multiple modules)
• Excellent communication, presentation and advisory skills at executive level
• Solid understanding of agile project management methods
• Team-oriented, global mindset and willingness to travel
