Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines – USA

Deutsche Windtechnik specializes in maintenance, repair, and inspection of onshore wind turbines. To support our expansion in the USA, we are looking for Service Technicians (m/f/d) who will work on-site alongside German-speaking colleagues to maintain turbines and drive the energy transition in the United States.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or similar
• First experience in the wind industry preferred
• Physical fitness for work at height
• Self-reliance, responsibility, team spirit
• Class B/BE driving licence
• Basic English skills, willingness to improve

Your tasks

• Service and maintenance work on wind turbines
• Assembly / disassembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Carry out technical upgrades
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Documentation of work performed
• Rotating on-call duty on weekends and holidays
