Service Technician for Wind Turbines – USA

Deutsche Windtechnik specialises in maintenance, repair and inspection of wind turbines. We service 7,000 wind farms worldwide and are expanding rapidly in the USA. For our on-site onshore team we are looking for Service Technicians (m/f/d) to drive the energy transition forward together.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable
• Experience in the wind-energy sector preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and flexibility
• Car driving licence (class B/BE)
• Basic English; willingness to improve language skills and embrace a new culture

Your tasks

• Service and maintenance work on wind turbines
• Assembly/disassembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Technical upgrades and fault resolution including full documentation
• Stand-by duties at weekends and public holidays on a rota basis
