DEPARTMENT: Global Technical Back Office

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the standardization and harmonization of the global HSE framework
  • Analyze HSE metrics/KPIs and provide statistics to management for deriving appropriate measures
  • Maintain and update training KPI dashboards
  • Develop risk assessments by collecting and analyzing similar incident trends and unify them into one standard template
  • Share best practices and lessons learned across all service locations
  • Keep records of all safety-related trainings for technicians and subcontractors
  • Monitor HSE training compliance certificates and keep systems up to date
  • Conduct quality analysis of maintenance plans and reports

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or related field
  • 2–4 years of professional experience (wind industry preferred)
  • HSE training certification, e.g. NEBOSH
  • Proven experience in project coordination or comparable role
  • Strong analytical and Excel data-manipulation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with effective prioritization
  • Solid multitasking capability
  • Professional stakeholder management along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external partners
