Production Internship

Your Role in a Nutshell

As a Production Intern you will support daily operations to keep our manufacturing processes running smoothly. You will handle administrative tasks, monitor material availability on the shop floor and assist production employees.

At the same time you will streamline and automate administrative workflows to reduce coordination effort. This internship is ideal for motivated students seeking first hands-on experience in a production environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform regular shop-floor walks to verify material availability and support production workers.
• Organize and manage production-related administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement solutions to automate and simplify administrative processes.
• Collaborate with the team to identify inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Self-driven with a mindset for process improvement.
• Good command of French and functional English to understand technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.
• Keen interest in production environments and continuous improvement.
