Deputy Shift Leader Recycling (m/f/d)

As deputy shift leader you support the shift leader in managing our team and the process engineering plants. You ensure smooth production workflows and actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of our recycling processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support and represent the shift leader in technical and organisational team management and ensure smooth plant operation
• Responsible monitoring and control of the recycling plant for lithium-ion batteries, including coordination of material supply and product removal
• Perform quality inspections, record results in ERP and LVS systems, and assist in maintenance, cleaning and repair work
• Contribute to continuous process optimisation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Act as a link between team and management to achieve goals efficiently and create a motivating work environment

Your profile

• Completed technical training e.g. as machine and plant operator, chemical technician or plant engineer; further training as technician/master craftsman desirable
• Several years of comparable professional experience preferred, high technical understanding and willingness to work shifts
• Strong reliability, sense of responsibility, efficient and solution-oriented way of working
• Hands-on mentality, assertiveness and continuous willingness to learn
• First leadership experience in a production environment an advantage
