Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented personnel management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training apprentices (m/f/d) and new employees (m/f/d)
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your profile

• Qualification as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, ideally with an organic food focus
• Interest in organic foods
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented leadership of employees (m/f/d), e.g. as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
