Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in grocery retail, ideally with a focus on organic products
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a sense for customer needs
• Initial experience in team-oriented leadership of employees, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
