Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) – Frankfurt-Mainzer Landstraße

Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and scheduling, including holiday planning
• Onboarding of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate appearance of the store

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food and enjoyment of sales with a strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. as shift or deputy manager
• Self-initiative and high sense of responsibility
