Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) – Organic Market Freudenstadt

Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management and development
• Rostering and holiday planning
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees
• Carrying out inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic produce
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a feel for customer needs
• Initial leadership experience, e.g. shift or deputy management
• Self-initiative and above-average sense of responsibility
