Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and shift coordination
• Staff deployment and holiday planning
• Training of apprentices and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring a flawless appearance of the store

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years of professional experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoyment of sales and customer focus
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
