Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and motivation
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Regular inventory management
• Merchandise presentation and range maintenance according to organic-market standards
• Ensuring an immaculate store appearance

Your profile

• Vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food and sustainable nutrition
• Enjoy selling and a strong customer focus
• Initial leadership experience (e.g. shift supervisor or daily deputy)
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit
