Your responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff management
• Rostering and holiday scheduling
• Onboarding of trainees and new employees
• Inventory management
• Professional product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an immaculate store appearance

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably in the organic sector
• Interest in organic food
• Passion for sales and a strong sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience within a team, e.g. as shift or daily deputy
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
