Your Tasks

• Team-oriented staff management
• Staff scheduling and holiday planning
• On-boarding of trainees and new employees
• Conducting inventories
• Proper product presentation and range maintenance
• Ensuring an impeccable appearance of your store

Your Profile

• Degree as retail merchant (food) or several years of experience in grocery retail, preferably organic
• Interest in organic food
• Enjoy selling and a good sense for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift or daily deputy (m/f/d)
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
