Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

Deutsche Windtechnik is the European market leader in wind turbine maintenance. At our Büdelsdorf site we are strengthening our central purchasing team and are looking for a Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies together with specialist departments
• Analyse national and international procurement markets and value analyses
• Optimise quality, availability and price on a continuous basis
• Supplier selection, evaluation and development
• Negotiate, draft and monitor framework, project and development contracts
• Strategy and further development of commodity groups
• Conduct price negotiations independently
• Process optimisation and standardisation
• Contract management
• Participate in cross-functional projects
• Advise specialist departments on procurement-related topics

Your profile:

• Degree in business administration (focus on purchasing) or commercial training with further qualifications
• Professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in the plant or capital goods sector
• Negotiation-level German and fluent English
• Structured, communicative and cost-conscious way of working
• High degree of initiative, assertiveness and team spirit
• Willingness to undertake occasional multi-day business trips
