Working Student – Repair Service

Your area of responsibility

Support the management of repair processes and ensure the timely execution of repair orders. You will transform operational data into actionable insights, contribute to operational reporting and coordinate key repair initiatives. This gives you first-hand experience of how operational priorities are directly linked to business processes.

In our dynamic repair-service environment you will collaborate with teams and managers across functions, gaining insight into complex projects and transformation processes.

Your tasks

• Data collection and preparation for operational projects and reports
• Administrative support for project management, planning and purchasing
• Follow-up on repair orders with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance of project and repair schedules (MS Planner)
• Master-data management in SAP and other systems
• Preparation of regular reports with Microsoft Excel
• Co-operation with international teams and partners

Your profile

• ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply-chain management or similar
• excellent English skills, written and spoken
• well-organised, reliable and proactive
• sound user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Planner) and SAP
• willingness to support on-site in Esbjerg between lectures
