Supplier Localization Specialist

Your Role

As a Supplier Localization Specialist you will drive Siemens Energy’s localization initiatives in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and implement localization plans for compression products, coordinate sourcing and supplier-qualification activities to maximize local content and manage bid evaluations and contract negotiations. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, you will meet cost, quality and delivery targets and share local-content knowledge during tender processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or business administration with technical focus, plus 5–7 years of procurement experience
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi localization programs and contract law, proven record in supplier negotiations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
• High personal integrity, intercultural competence and proficiency in MS Office and SAP
