Your responsibilities

• As shift supervisor you relieve the deputy store manager in their absence and assume responsibility for the store
• You advise customers, sell high-quality organic products and support store management in daily operations
• You ensure smooth product flow within the store
• You act appropriately to each situation, responsibly and with empathy

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as retail merchant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or comparable experience
• Career changers (m/f/d) from hospitality with team-leading experience are welcome
• Self-initiative and sense of responsibility
• Sales orientation and careful working style
