Job Description

• Team leadership: technical and disciplinary management of electricians to ensure installation targets are met
• Technical support: first point of contact for technical questions and challenges during PV installation
• Project management: targeted scheduling and route planning of employees for on-time completion of PV systems
• Cooperation: close collaboration and regular exchange with QM and logistics to achieve joint goals

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, preferably energy and building technology
• Driving licence class B
• At least limited willingness to travel (a few days per month)
• Experience in project management or as a team leader
• Good English skills
