Technical Project Manager (Industrial Automation)

Your responsibilities

You will lead international automation projects for electrical systems – from synchronous condensers to building automation in HVDC plants. Together with your interdisciplinary team you coordinate requirements, develop secure IT/OT solutions and supervise tests in the laboratory or on site.

• Project planning, controlling and coordinated engineering services
• Cyber-security, interface and signal coordination, databases, fieldbus and network technology (IEC 60870-5-104, OPC, Profinet/Profibus)
• Creation of test plans, documentation of results and acceptance of functional and performance tests
• Specification of software requirements, process simulation, engineering and commissioning of PLC systems
• Leadership of a 5-member engineering team in an international environment

Your profile

• University degree or technician qualification in automation engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in industrial automation engineering
• Knowledge of relevant IEC standards, excellent English skills
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
• Project leadership experience, intercultural competence
• Affinity for data-driven engineering and digital tools
