Technical Support Engineer - Auxiliary Components

As a Technical Support Engineer for Auxiliary Components you identify and source spare parts such as valves, pumps, motors, actuators, filters and measurement equipment. Working closely with service engineering and purchasing, you ensure the worldwide availability of critical components and keep our fleet operational. Using Siemens Energy databases you improve data quality and contribute to digital solutions that enhance our global competitiveness.

Your tasks

• Technical clarification of gas turbine auxiliary parts and fast, accurate response to customer inquiries.
• Prioritization of clarification requests based on business relevance and market requirements.
• Sustainable maintenance of all relevant data for correct order processing with internal partners.
• Identification and sharing of best practices for harmonized, efficient processes and tools.
• Support of digitalization and automation projects to improve data quality and process efficiency.
• Participation in strategic projects for organizational development and promotion of diverse, agile teams.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/process engineering or comparable expertise.
• Strong technical knowledge and professional experience with valves, pumps, motors, actuators, filters and measurement technology – ideally in gas-turbine auxiliaries.
• Confident communication in English (German is an advantage), team orientation and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations and agile environments.
