Store Management Trainee (m/f/d) - North Rhine-Westphalia

Your tasks

During the 12-month trainee programme we will fully prepare you to lead a Denns organic supermarket – your first management role.

As future store manager you are involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and move your store forward.

12-month trainee programme

• 4 months as deputy store manager (2nd level)
• 4 months as deputy store manager (1st level)
• 4 months training as store manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
• Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail, plus first leadership experience
• Commitment, willingness to take responsibility and strong team spirit
• Openness to new ideas and interest in organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality with the aspiration to lead
