Trainee Store Manager (m/f/d) - Rhine-Main-Neckar Region

Your Tasks

During our 12-month trainee programme we will fully prepare you to lead a Denns organic supermarket – your first management role.

As store manager (m/f/d) you are a responsible team-player, fully involved in daily operations, close to customers and products. You live organic, contribute your own ideas and drive your Denns store forward.

12-month trainee programme

• 4 months as deputy store manager (2nd level)
• 4 months as deputy store manager (1st level)
• 4 months training as store manager (m/f/d)

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as retail clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
• Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably in retail, plus initial leadership experience
• Commitment, willingness to take responsibility and strong team spirit
• Open to new ideas and interested in organic and natural products
• Goal-oriented personality with leadership ambitions
