First Aid Trainer / Instructor (m/f/d)

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe’s independent full-service provider for wind turbines. In our in-house Training Center in Bremen we deliver hands-on training in first aid, occupational safety and rescue at height.

To strengthen our trainer team we are looking for a qualified First-Aid Trainer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

• Completed medical training (e.g. emergency medical technician, paramedic or equivalent)
• Certification as a first-aid instructor desirable but not essential
• Interest in working-at-height safety and rescue techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills; good written and spoken German and English
• High sense of responsibility, team spirit and willingness to travel
• Physically fit, free from vertigo and holder of a class B driving licence
• Confident use of MS Office for preparing training materials

• Deliver first-aid courses in accordance with DGUV and GWO standards, in German and English
• After induction: provide working-at-height & rescue training
• Prepare, follow up and evaluate all training sessions
• Support participants from onshore and offshore projects
• Continuously update training content based on current standards and participant feedback
• Attend internal advanced-training programmes

• Permanent full-time position (38.5 h/week) with 30 days’ holiday
