In Nakskov you will take a central role in our training environment. Learning here is more than courses – it is about building a culture where safety, quality and development go hand in hand. As Training Coordinator you will create structure, drive initiatives and ensure our employees are well prepared for their daily tasks.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily coordination of activities in the training department
• Super-user and administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Plan, book and coordinate training activities
• Secure compliance with global training standards and our Manufacturing Training Manual
• Support plant and process instructors in training and competence assessment
• Maintain internal training facilities

Your background:

• Experience coordinating education or training activities
• Advanced user of Microsoft 365 – especially Excel
• Clear, confident communication in Danish and English
• Structured, responsible approach; thrive on many points of contact
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S or Six Sigma is an advantage
