As a Sales Support Representative (m/f/d) you are the link between customers and sales at our Wesseling site. You handle customer enquiries professionally, create tailored offers and deliver first-class service.

Your responsibilities

  • Customer care: First point of contact for B2B clients – by phone and in writing – with solution-oriented communication.
  • Bid management: Prepare, review and send quotations and complete tender documents for private and public sector clients.
  • Order processing & complaint management: Systematic handling of claims and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sales administration: Schedule coordination, reporting and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system.

Your profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship and experience in internal sales support.
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP, ideally with CRM know-how.
  • Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit.
