Since 2023 we have also entered the heat-pump market, installing more than 1,000 units in the first year alone and aiming to multiply this figure five- to tenfold in 2024. To achieve this we are looking for experienced plumbing & heating professionals and motivated newcomers who want to help us build the world’s most energy-efficient company.

Job description

• Together with your installation team you fit air-to-water heat pumps at customers’ homes throughout Germany
• You lead the installation process, ensuring attention to detail and guiding the team to success
• You carry out commissioning together with the customer after completion
• You are the primary point of contact on site for both customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in plumbing, heating & cooling (SHK)
• Willingness to travel nationwide Monday to Friday for installation jobs
• Strong team player with good leadership and communication skills
• Solution-oriented, quality-conscious and meticulous
• Class B driving licence
