Location: Munich

Employment type: Part-time (approx. 20 h/week) limited / Working student

Your responsibilities

• Shape the future of recruiting: support Talent Acquisition experts on operational and strategic projects
• Create focused content for global SharePoint platforms to make knowledge easily available for recruiters and hiring managers
• Data maintenance, reporting & analytics: prepare reports and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions
• Design compelling presentations and social-media posts on global talent-acquisition topics

Your profile

• Enrolled university student interested in a long-term working-student job (approx. 20 h/week)
• Excellent German and English skills plus first relevant experience (internships, working student roles)
• Strong analytical mindset and solid MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) as well as PowerPoint
• Communication skills, pro-active attitude, structured way of working and high attention to detail
• Experience with Avature ATS is a plus
