Job Description

As a Working Student in Operations you optimise business processes and ensure smooth project execution. You analyse data, prepare decisions and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners while owning sub-projects and learning how a fast-growing scale-up operates.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor or Master studies (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or similar)
• First practical experience via internships or side jobs, preferably in start-ups, consulting or VC
• Analytical mindset, quick learner with strong hands-on mentality
• Native-level German (C2) and business-fluent English
