Wind Operations Site Manager – Harvest Ridge, IL

Vestas is seeking a Wind Operations Site Manager for our Harvest Ridge, Illinois wind-farm site. In this leadership role you will ensure safe, efficient operations and lead a team delivering clean energy to thousands of households.

Responsibilities:

• Champion a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Build client relationships and meet contractual obligations.
• Coordinate maintenance and operations to optimise turbine performance.
• Manage service-contract budgets and hit key performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years wind-farm operations or equivalent leadership experience.
• Demonstrated people-management and leadership skills.
• Solid technical maintenance knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Strong analytical & communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, high-school diploma (or equivalent), Excel proficiency.
