Your responsibilities

• Project management: support software roll-outs and requirement gathering; coordinate local and international teams
• Data analysis: define, implement, evaluate and visualise KPIs for existing hardware integrations
• Reporting: own KPI tracking and translate updates into C-level and management presentations
• Innovation: help foster a culture of continuous product and process improvement
• Point of contact for partner and OEM networks to ensure seamless system integration

Your profile

• Enrolled at university, available 20 h/week; studying e.g. Business, Engineering, CS
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to refine ambiguous requirements and thrive in fast, cross-functional teams
• Enjoy working with large data sets and clear visualisation
• Confident with Google Workspace; able to abstract complex information for leadership
• Agile, results-oriented mindset and team-player attitude
• Very good English and German (C1/C2)

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge of energy markets, products or ecosystem
• Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Grafana or Notion
• Interest in climate-tech industry
• Experience with technical and commercial stakeholders in product development
