Job description

• Guide our customers throughout their entire journey and handle enquiries and issues independently
• Turn customers into fans by building personal relationships on the phone
• Prepare, schedule and follow up online identification calls

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for a full-time role with willingness to work shifts (preferably late shifts by arrangement)
• Empathetic, communicative team player
• Experience in customer service or motivated career-changer
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, even with challenging requests
• Openness to continuous process optimisation
• Fluent German, written and spoken
