Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant – Karlsruhe-Kaiserallee (2026)

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a Retail Merchant at Denns BioMarkt Karlsruhe-Kaiserallee you will gain hands-on experience in every area of the store – from goods receipt and presentation to customer consulting, cashiering and promotional activities. You actively support daily operations, advise customers on organic products and take responsibility in the fruit & vegetable, cheese, bakery and bistro sections as well as in the back office.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of marketing campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales promotions and seasonal placements

• Good school record, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
